This results in a customer-based approach to offer objective advice and solutions without regard for pushing a specific product line or brand name. We also understand that sometimes a new system is not the answer for a specific project need. In those situations, we are flexible enough to offer redesigns, rebuilds, and refurbished equipment to satisfy the cost-sensitive projects. In those situations, we will work with our customers to define what is needed, and then propose options that will satisfy those needs.
Our customer base is not limited to the United States, we also have combustion systems in China, England, France, and India, to name a few. Each country mentioned above has its own regulations for combustion valve systems. ERTL has obtained the unique training and certification to provide the necessary governmental documentation.
