Our machining division gives us wide diversity with the use of the following machines:

Mazak 510C-II Vertical Center w/4^th axis 8” dia with a 40” x 20” x 20” milling window.

Fadal VMC 3020 Vertical Machining Center w/4^th axis 8” dia with a 30” x 20” x 20” milling window

Birmingham CNC Mill w/Centroid Control with a 40” x 20” x 20” milling window

Mazak Nexus 200 CNC Lathe 8” dia. Chuck  12” dia. x 19” Lg. x 2.6” dia. through chuck.

 

The Milling capabilities of our Fadal and Mazak Mill’s have fast tool changes with our Machining Centers being able to hold up to 30 tools in the magazine. We keep 4 double row vices on the Mazak Center allowing fast setup for multiple parts or for 8 different operations. Both mill’s have large working windows up to 20” Diameter or in different setups maybe able to achieve large pieces.
